DataSeekers

You decide what to see, how to see it and how to measure it

Most platforms give you a standard product and you adapt to it. Data Seekers builds the dashboard around your business: your retailers, your metrics, your team's workflow.

Configuration 100% per client
Coverage Any retailer, any market
Delivery Daily, weekly or on demand

Standard tools force you to adapt to them. We don't.

What matters to an FMCG brand is not the same as what a pure player or an omnichannel retailer needs, and a generic dashboard mixes signal with noise and forces your team to reinterpret data that wasn't built for their reality. You have access to pricing, stock, visibility and catalogue metrics, but if you can't combine them in a single configurable view, you end up working with parallel spreadsheets for every business meeting. And when a business alert requires weeks of internal development to show up in a dashboard, the data arrives too late — commercial teams need the autonomy to configure their own views without depending on technical resources.

Features

Five reporting decisions that you make, not the platform

🎯 You choose your data

Price and Recommended Retail Price (RRP), stock, images, ratings and reviews, gift with purchase (GWP), rich content, organic visibility, sponsored positions — select exactly the metrics that matter to your business, without paying for data you don't use.

🌍 You choose your retailers and markets

No closed packages. You define which retailers, countries and marketplaces to monitor. You can scale up or down at any time, with no limitations.

📊 You choose how to visualise it

Tables, bar charts, trend lines, scorecards, heatmaps — configure the dashboard layout to fit your reporting workflow, not the other way around.

Custom dashboard example: % of products with GWP by retailer
Retailer% Products with GWP
Retailer 117.9%
Retailer 24.7%
Retailer 30%

This is just one example. You can measure any KPI you need — from sponsored visibility share to image consistency by retailer — and cross it with the channels that matter most to you.

📬 You choose how to receive it

In-platform dashboards, automated email reports, alerts via your preferred messaging tool. At the frequency you need: daily, weekly or on demand.

🤖 Conversational AI to get instant insights

Ask questions about your data in natural language and get immediate answers. The AI automatically detects key trends, anomalies and opportunities without you having to build the analysis manually.

The same custom dashboard, adapted for brands and retailers. Dashboards are built on data from Pricing Intelligence, Digital Shelf, Stock Intelligence, Catalogue and Marketplace — you can combine modules in a single view.

For brands

Monitor whether your images and rich content meet the standards of each retailer · Control RRP compliance across all channels from a single dashboard · Create market views so each local team has its own report without losing the global view · Configure alerts when a competitor enters a category or gains sponsored visibility · Measure the impact of a promotion or launch by crossing visibility, stock and price data in real time.

For retailers

Build an assortment benchmark by category with the competitors you define · Configure supplier scorecards with the metrics you use in your business reviews · Create automatic reports for each category manager with the relevant data for their category · Monitor KPIs specific to your business model — without anyone telling you what you should be measuring · Integrate catalogue, price and visibility data in a single view for more informed buying decisions.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions about ecommerce custom dashboards

How long does it take to configure a personalised dashboard?

It depends on the complexity, but in most cases the initial dashboard is operational within 5 to 10 business days from configuration. Subsequent iterations and adjustments are quick — they do not require technical developments on your side.

Do I need technical knowledge to configure my views?

No. The configuration is managed by the Data Seekers team based on what you need. Once operational, the team can adjust KPIs, add retailers or change visualisations without depending on internal technical resources.

Can I have different dashboards for different teams or markets?

Yes. You can configure differentiated views for each team, market or function — with the data and level of detail relevant to each, without interfering with one another.

Can the data be exported to feed internal tools like BI or ERP?

Yes. Data is exported in the most common formats and can be integrated with the tools your team already uses. The export structure is configurable.

What metrics can be included in a personalised dashboard?

The most common are price and RRP, stock, organic and sponsored visibility, catalogue share, images and rich content, ratings and reviews, GWP and banners. But we are not limited to a closed list — any product page detail you want to measure and translate into a KPI, we can build it.

Can I add new retailers or markets to my dashboard once it is configured?

Yes, at any time. There are no limits or penalties for scaling. If you open a new market or want to add a retailer that has just launched, it is incorporated into the tracking without needing to reconfigure everything from scratch.

Does the AI chatbot have access to all my data or only part of it?

It has access to all the data configured in your dashboard. You can ask it about any metric, retailer or period included in your setup and get answers in natural language, with no need to build the analysis manually.

What sets Data Seekers apart from other platforms that also offer dashboards?

Most platforms have a closed product and you adapt to their views. At Data Seekers, if a metric or visualisation you need does not exist, we develop it. We do not sell a standard package — we build the solution your business needs.

If we don't have it readily available, we develop it for you

Tell us what you need to measure and how you need to see it. In 30 minutes we'll show you if we can build it — and we almost always can.
